Anxiety is pervasive, pushy, and overwhelming. It's also predictable, and therefore, eminently treatable. This informative workshop is designed to equip parents with the tools to support their children's ability to manage anxiety and step into resilience.
This workshop for parents is presented by Classroom Matters and Molly Gerstein Gales, LMFT, and founder of Classroom Matters.

Molly is a Berkeley-based LMFT with 30+ years of experience, specializing in adolescents, families, and the LGBTQ+ community, particularly those experiencing anxiety. She addresses depression, trauma, and chronic illness using process-oriented therapy.
